Kahr Communications’ approach to website design is to create sites that present information in its clearest, most efficient form.

It is an enormous challenge to take all that an organization wants to say and arrange it on a website in a clear and concise way that enables visitors to learn about the organization or find the specific information they need as quickly as possible.

Visitors make up their mind to dig further into a website with just a cursory glance at the home page.

If the home page is arranged in a way that enables the visitor to quickly scan the page and understand a message, and how to find what they are really interested in, they will stay. Too much information, or information organized in a confusing manner, will cause the visitor to turn away.

The balance between artistic expression and usability is another challenge.

Designers like to build visually attractive sites. This is sometimes not conducive to efficient communication of information.
